Manager

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our airconditioning trading and services business. The ideal candidate will manage teams, ensure smooth workflow, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations including trading, installation, and servicing
• Supervise technical staff, service teams, and administrative personnel
• Ensure timely delivery, installation, and maintenance of airconditioning units
• Monitor operational performance and improve efficiency
• Assist in planning and implementing operational strategies
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service quality
• Prepare reports and assist senior management in decision-making
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related course (preferred)
• At least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Experience in HVAC, airconditioning, trading, or service-related industry is an advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and operational activities

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of airconditioning systems and services
• Experience in sales and business development
• Professional and positive attitude
