Manager

The primary responsibility of the Manager is to manage the front of the house operations, such as performing opening and closing duties, delegating tasks to the front of the house employees throughout the day, and ensuring each guest has an excellent experience.

Requirements:

-Must reside in the lower keys currently
-Eligible to work in the United States and pass E-Verify and a background check
-Two years or more of management experience preferred
-Willing to work weekends and holidays, must be available on Sundays and maintain a flexible schedule
-Inventory counting and computer data entering skills
-Able to solve problems in fast paced and high stress situations
-Quick, even-handed resolution of guest complaints
-Must maintain good communication skills with both upper management and staff
-Must work well individually and in a team setting
-Restaurant Managers play a key supervisory role, providing solid leadership and decision-making for any restaurant they are scheduled in

Restaurant and/or bar background is a plus, but we will train you to our best practices if you are the right fit.
