We are looking for a Supermarket Manager who can take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the supermarket and ensure that the business operates smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. The ideal candidate should be charismatic, well-spoken, courteous, organized, and confident when dealing with customers, staff, and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the supermarket.
• Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor and manage inventory, stock levels, and product movement.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and available for customers.
• Monitor sales, expenses, and daily business activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely restocking.
• Minimize stock losses, wastage, and discrepancies.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and courteously.
• Ensure the supermarket is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Prepare basic operational and sales reports for management.
• Take overall responsibility for the smooth running of the supermarket.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing a supermarket, retail store, grocery store, or similar business.
• Strong inventory and stock management skills.
• Good understanding of retail operations and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be well-spoken, courteous, confident, and charismatic.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage staff and coordinate day-to-day operations.
• Ability to take ownership and manage the business as a whole.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Candidates should be residents of Ikoyi, Lagos, and its environs.
