Manager

Pickle Mania is looking for an experienced Manager to join our leadership team. This is not an entry-level position. We're seeking someone with proven leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands what it takes to operate a successful pickleball facility.

The ideal candidate has pickleball experience, sales experience, strong operational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This position will assist with the day-to-day management of the facility and requires the ability to independently open and close the business.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operation of Pickle Mania.
• Drive new membership sales and identify opportunities to increase recurring membership revenue.
• Develop strategies to convert walk-in guests, event participants, and prospective customers into paying members.
• Promote membership packages, court reservations, leagues, clinics, and other facility programs.
• Implement membership retention strategies and identify opportunities for upgrades and renewals.
• Establish and execute sales initiatives designed to increase facility utilization and overall revenue.
• Open and close the facility according to company procedures.
• Lead and motivate team members while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Oversee court operations, leagues, clinics, and events.
• Ensure staff are following company policies and operational procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility.
• Support event execution and daily workflow.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience is required.
• Sales experience is required.
• Pickleball experience is required.
• Strong understanding of facility operations and workflow management.
• Ability to lead a team and make sound decisions independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have the flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
