Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations, manage employees, achieve organizational goals, and ensure smooth workflow within the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day business operations.
• Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
• Allocate tasks and monitor employee performance.
• Set team goals and track progress regularly.
• Conduct team meetings and provide necessary instructions.
• Handle employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments when required.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and overall team performance.
• Prepare and submit daily reports to management.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
• Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development when required.
• Maintain good communication between management and employees.
• Ensure deadlines and business targets are achieved.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
• Relevant industry experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
