Manager

Job Overview
As a Little Caesars Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving quality food products. You will work as part of a team to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and meets Little Caesars standards of cleanliness, service, and quality.

Duties

• Prepare and assemble pizzas and other menu items according to Little Caesars recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly and effecient service to customers, taking orders, handling payments, and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standrds, including food preparation areas, equipment, and customer areas.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, such as ovens and mixers, safely and effiecently.
• Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the well being of yourself and others.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly.
• Instruct other colleagues to help complete tasks in timely fashion.

Qualifications

Previous experience is required.

• Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, in hot and cold temperatures.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Ability to upsell products through effective communication and engagement with customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
