Duties:

• Provide owner with weekly report of sales, purchases for stores.

• the position is for store manager for a chain of 5 stores. All stores located in Anne Arundel County. Must be willing to travel between different stores. ​

• Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support

• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

• Assist with payroll processing and scheduling of employees

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive sales growth

• Maintain inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels

• Assist with budgeting and financial management

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner

• Uphold company policies and procedures

Skills:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in sales management techniques and strategies
• Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices
• Familiarity with inventory control procedures
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
• Experience in budgeting and financial analysis
• Strong negotiation skills when making purchasing decisions
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

Pay: $40,139.00 - $60,000.00 per year
