Manager

Role Purpose

This role is essentially a Finance Business Partner / FP&A Lead for Global Operations Finance with a strong focus on manufacturing operations, financial planning, stakeholder management, and performance reporting.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze financial performance, KPIs, and business variances.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Continuously improve forecasting and planning processes.

Reporting & Month-End Close

• Lead monthly book close activities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
• Coordinate reporting requirements and ensure adherence to reporting calendars.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests.

Business Partnering

• Partner with Site Functional Leaders, Operations, Supply Chain, and Global Finance teams.
• Collaborate with Corporate FP&A to meet reporting deadlines and expectations.
• Drive financial performance, accountability, and business outcomes.

Manufacturing & Operations Finance

• Support cost optimization and productivity initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Work with Planning and Supply Chain teams to improve financial performance.
• Support capital project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Governance & Process Management

• Act as the key finance contact for Shared Service Centre activities.
• Support internal and statutory audits.
• Work with IT teams on financial systems and reporting enhancements.
