Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating inventory and purchasing activities, and maintaining excellent communication across all levels. This role requires strong supervisory skills, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to handle scheduling and pizza operations efficiently. The Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Duties

• Lead and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and efficient team performance.
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling staff shifts to meet business needs.
• Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
• Utilize POS systems for processing transactions, tracking sales, and generating reports.
• Coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely procurement of supplies and ingredients.
• Supervise pizza preparation processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members through managerial communication practices to foster teamwork and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Skills

• Proven supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in food service or hospitality.
• Strong managerial communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
• Proficiency with POS systems for sales processing and reporting.
• Excellent inventory management abilities to control stock levels and minimize waste.
• Experience with purchasing procedures to ensure cost-effective procurement of supplies.
• Ability to handle scheduling efficiently to meet staffing requirements during peak hours.
• Knowledge of pizza operations or food service standards is advantageous.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
