eQuest Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to oversee core projects, drive strategic initiatives, and lead our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating high-level business goals into actionable plans, driving team performance through effective mentorship, and using data analytics to optimize operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Project Management: Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of key projects to ensure alignment with company timelines and objectives.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, supervise, and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on professional growth.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze operational performance, team metrics, and key performance indicators to optimize workflows and inform strategic choices.
• Operational Strategy: Plan and execute operational initiatives tailored to overall company goals to drive team engagement and growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution of projects and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Publishing, or a related field (optional).
• 1–2 years of experience in Publishing and Marketing, preferably in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Proven track record in team leadership, employee coaching, and operational management.
• Strong ability to make data-driven decisions using performance metrics and analytical tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and critical-thinking skills.
