Job Summary

Tropicale is seeking an experienced and dependable Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and support the restaurant team. The Manager will lead staff, maintain service and food quality standards, coordinate daily operations, and help create a welcoming experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service.
• Lead, train, and support front-of-house and kitchen team members.
• Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and shift coverage.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and product availability.
• Help manage labor and operating costs.
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures are followed.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development.
• Monitor daily sales and restaurant performance.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Communicate operational needs and updates with ownership and management.
• Help create a positive, organized, and team-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant food and beverage operations.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
