JOB SUMMARY
A Solar Company Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a solar energy company, ensuring project delivery, sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
LOCATION: NEW HAVEN, ENUGU STATE
SALARY: 120,000NGN
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage solar installation and renewable-energy projects from planning to completion
Supervise technical, sales, installation, administrative teams
Develop and implement business and sales strategies
Manage client relationships and handle major customer accounts
Prepare project budgets, quotations, and operational reports
Coordinate procurement of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other equipment
Identify new business opportunities and build partnnerships
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree/HND in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in solar/renewable energy, project management, sales, or operations.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of solar systems and renewable energy technologies
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
