Supervise staff performance and productivity, providing guidance and support to enhance work quality

Ensure daily operations comply with company procedures and are executed efficiently

Monitor service and work quality, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions promptly

Train and support employees in their duties and operational procedures to maintain standards

Resolve operational issues by coordinating with staff and facilitating problem-solving

Track inventory levels, supplies, and operational expenses to control costs effectively

Prepare detailed operational reports and deliver regular updates to management for informed decision-making

Enforce compliance with company policies, workplace safety standards, and relevant regulations

Contribute to the development and implementation of plans aimed at improving operational efficiency and business performance
