Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the EAF (Electric Arc Furnace) plant, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
• Oversee maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall plant efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 4-18 years of experience in iron & steel industry, preferably in an EAF operation role.
• Strong understanding of electric arc furnace technology and its applications in steel manufacturing.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial operations with multiple shifts.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
