FinOps Analyst (Poland Remote)

Responsibilities We are seeking a highly analytical FinOps Analyst reporting to the Cloud FinOps Director to join our cloud innovation journey. Responsibilities:

• Serve as FinOps Lead to cloud deployments, services & R&D.
• Provide financial support on budget reconciliation, variance reporting & gap analysis.
• Lead monthly close, journal entries & analyze actuals vs. forecast trends.
• Deliver independent analysis using tools like MS Power BI.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies & cost control risks.
• Partner with engineering & finance to improve chargeback processes & analytic solutions.
• Develop automated chargeback workflows for efficiency.
• Plus: Data visualization/insights via Power BI, Power Query, DAX & MDX.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in FP&A, accounting, cost management & data analytics.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong math, finance, analytics, statistics skills & ability to handle anomalies.
• Knowledge of Cloud Cost management (showback & chargeback).
• Advanced Excel (dynamic/logical formulas).
• Plus: Tableau, Power Query, Power BI, Apptio Cloudability, SAP.
• Motivated self-starter managing multiple priorities.
• Understanding of Accounting policies & SOX controls.
