About Taco Stand

Taco Stand is looking for a motivated, hands-on Floor Manager who can lead the team, maintain high operating standards, and ensure every guest receives excellent service. We need someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and understands that successful restaurant operations require teamwork, organization, and accountability.

This position requires an active leader who is comfortable overseeing both the front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH), assisting employees at different stations, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee Front-of-House Operations: Supervise cashiers, drive-through staff, expo, bussers, and other FOH employees to ensure all positions are properly managed.
• Oversee Kitchen Operations: Monitor kitchen performance, food preparation, ticket times, food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and consistency.
• Hands-On Leadership: Be willing and able to assist in all restaurant stations as needed, including cashiering, food preparation, expo, serving orders, and kitchen support.
• Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer service standards, address guest concerns professionally, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Team Supervision: Assign tasks, communicate expectations, monitor employee performance, and hold team members accountable for their responsibilities.
• Scheduling Support: Assist with employee scheduling, shift coverage, attendance, and staffing needs to ensure the restaurant is properly staffed.
• Quality Control: Ensure food is prepared correctly, meets Taco Stand standards, and is checked before being handed to customers.
• Speed and Efficiency: Monitor order accuracy, drive-through times, workflow, and team performance during busy periods.
• Cleanliness and Food Safety: Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure employees follow food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
• Training and Development: Help train employees, reinforce company standards, and identify areas where additional coaching is needed.
• Daily Operations: Support opening and closing procedures, monitor shift performance, and communicate operational issues to upper management.

PAY RATE STARTS $12 PLUS TIPS. WE PAID BI-WEEKLY

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to supervise both FOH and BOH operations.
• Willingness to work hands-on in all restaurant stations.
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and accountable.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to follow company policies and maintain high operating standards.
