- Commercial & Business Support Across Geographies
- Support commercial teams across multiple regions with pricing, profitability, and customer analysis.
- Evaluate commercial proposals and strategic opportunities.
- Provide financial guidance on contract negotiations and business decisions.
- Coordinate with international stakeholders to align commercial and financial objectives.
- Closely working with CCO for commercial strategies
- Revenue Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis
- Develop revenue forecasts using market intelligence, sales pipelines, and operational inputs.
- Conduct monthly variance analysis against budget and forecast.
- Identify root causes of performance deviations and recommend mitigation actions.
- Present forecast updates to senior management.
- Product Costing & RFQ to quote process
- Prepare detailed cost sheet for new & existing products
- Maintain costing models, assumptions, rates and master data
- Validate actual savings achieved against the approved baseline
- Monitoring RFQ to Quote process for timeline and accuracy
- Manufacturing, Material & Purchase costing
- Work closely with Operations & SCM to validate RM & bought-out component prices.
- Compare standard v/s actual cost and analyse deviations.
- Cost Variance and Profitability Analysis
- Perform product/customer profitability analysis
- Highlight products with negative or below-target contribution margins.
- Strategic Planning & Business Case Evaluation
- Prepare business cases for investments, capital expenditure, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis.
- Support management in evaluating growth opportunities and operational improvements.
- Data-Driven Insights & Business Storytelling
- Transform financial and operational data into actionable business insights.
- Develop executive presentations highlighting performance trends and strategic recommendations.
- Support decision-making through analytical reporting and performance dashboards.
- Business / Market Intelligence & Management Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare management reports for leadership teams.
- Provide insights into market conditions impacting business performance.
- Executive Support to CXOs & Global COO
- Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Support leadership reviews, board presentations, and business planning sessions.
- Assist in evaluating strategic priorities and organizational initiatives.
