Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on food service and restaurant management. This role involves ensuring high standards of food handling, team management, and customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the kitchen and dining area to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation in accordance with health regulations.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing food costs effectively.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in food handling and preparation.
• Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient order processing and reporting.
• Develop menus and cater to special events as required, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages communication and teamwork among staff members.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food service management, and catering practices.
• Proven experience in hospitality management with a focus on restaurant or food service settings.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
• Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety standards.
• Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members alike.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
