Job Summary

Responsibilities
Lead the team to consistently achieve monthly sales targets through effective motivation and guidance
Deliver engaging customer service to entertain and assist customers, enhancing their shopping experience
Apply industry knowledge from at least 3 years of experience in Chinese medicine retail to support sales and operations
Establish and maintain daily operational routines to ensure smooth store functioning
Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and operational standards
Communicate fluently in both Chinese and English to support diverse customer interactions and team coordination
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate a positive and friendly attitude to foster a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues
