Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the RD team in designing and developing power electronics products, focusing on various converter topologies and hardware design.

• Oversee the development and implementation of control algorithms for power electronics applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.

• Provide technical leadership in the selection and application of power electronics components, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.

• Conduct detailed simulations and analyses to validate design concepts and enhance product development processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, firmware, and systems engineering, to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.

• Manage the complete product development lifecycle, from initial concept and design through to prototyping, testing, and production.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in power electronics systems, providing guidance and support to the RD team.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in power electronics technologies, control algorithms, and industry standards, applying this knowledge to drive innovation.

• Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and strategic plans to senior management and stakeholders.
