Experience: 5 - 8 years (in Skill Ecosystem / Government Programs)
CTC: Up to 12 LPA

About the Role

PestShields is expanding its workforce across India and is seeking an energetic professional who can build a sustainable talent pipeline of field technicians through Skill Development Institutions, ITIs, NGOs, and Government Programs such as NEEM, NAPS, and PMKVY .

The ideal candidate will play a key role in connecting PestShields with the national skilling ecosystem to source, onboard, and retain trained manpower for pest control and facility management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Skill Development Centres, ITIs, and NGOs to hire freshers for pest control and housekeeping roles.
• Drive engagement with Skill India , NEEM , NAPS , and other apprenticeship programs.
• Build and maintain partnerships with vocational training institutions to source certified manpower.
• Plan and execute campus hiring drives, job fairs, and local recruitment campaigns .
• Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams to plan the workforce and ensure timely deployment.
• Maintain a central database of potential candidates, training institutes, and placement records.
• Track and improve the retention and career progression of hired technicians.

Required Skills Qualifications

• Graduate with 2 4 years of experience in a skill ecosystem or vocational hiring .
• Strong working knowledge of NEEM / NAPS / Apprenticeship schemes .
• Excellent networking and relationship management with training and government partners.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for connecting youth to employment and driving inclusive workforce growth.
