Description

Principal task and Responsibilities: Monitor and track project activities from inception to closing. Proactively interact with managers within the organization during the course of the project. Working towards increasing the project management competency and capability within the organization as a whole and involved in both tacit and explicit knowledge transfer and integration initiatives. Works closely in collaboration with other roles, such as organizational managers, subject matter expert and those involved in business analysis. Focus on critical project management elements not limited to schedule, cost, resources and risks for each project. Make time to plan thoroughly and prioritize diligently. Responsibilities: Project management support for OSD Regulated and P2P products. Resolves project issues and resource constraints within the team and with moderate assistance. Facilitates positive team member interactions and manages conflict with minimal assistance. Establishes/practices standard project reporting procedures to client and management (i.e. minutes, agendas). Plans, monitors and ensures completion of all activities outlined in the project management tracker for each project, Maintains very good relationship with internal and external stakeholders and grow it positively. Proficient in MS Office and Project Management tool i.e. Planview In the absence of the job holder the designee assigned by the reporting manager would be responsible for carrying out the above responsibilities.
