We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager to lead our hospitality team with enthusiasm and expertise. Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant or hotel operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional guest experiences
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff including servers, bartenders, cooks, and support personnel
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, bartending, and serving activities to uphold quality standards
• Manage team schedules, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster growth and accountability
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas
• Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production processes and menu execution
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote a positive atmosphere for all visitors

Skills

• Proven supervising experience in a hospitality environment with strong team management skills
• Extensive restaurant or hotel experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
• Ability to lead by example in food service, bartending, and customer engagement
• Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards including serving etiquette and guest relations
• Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations
• Barista experience or bartending skills are a plus for versatile service capabilities
