Manager

The Home Stretch Bar and Grill is growing our team! We are looking for motivated, dependable, service-oriented leaders who are passionate about great food and excellent service. General Manager:

• Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
• Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
• Ordering food, linens, gloves and other supplies
• Cook on the line, prep food
• Oversee daily operations

Kitchen Manager:

• Oversee kitchen operations and food preparation
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Maintain kitchen staff and inventory
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards

Front of House Manager:

• Oversee dining room and front of house operations

Restaurant Managers should have the following qualifications in order to successfully meet the demands of the job: At least a high school diploma

• Previous restaurant experience
• Success with customer service
• Training in food safety
• Ability to keep inventory organized
• Cooking experience

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Physical Setting:

• Bar
• Casual dining restaurant
