Join the World of Bowling! Here at Bowl 360, We pride ourselves on excellent guest experience. Our Shift Managers help oversee the in-center experience and bring it to life every day for their guests. As Shift Manager is one of most active roles, you will consistently move around assisting staff and customers. This position assumes responsibility for all center operations in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. Our manager's work vigorously to ensure standards are met consistency. Cross train for all positions as time allows.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in training any new staff members
• Filling out schedules
• Completing and filing paperwork for new hires
• Ordering supplies
• Keeping resources properly filed
• Tracking goals and achievements
• Check in with employees to ensure they’re making progress.
• Set key performance indicators to measure success.
• Coaching and developingexisting employees
• Dealing with performance problems
• Supporting problem resolution and decision-making
• Conducting timely performance evaluations
• Translating corporate goals into functional and individual goals
• Monitoring performance and initiating action to strengthen results

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• HS Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
