Con Cariño is a café in Semlalia, Marrakech, with a Mexican-inspired concept. We combine quality coffee, fresh food, and vibrant Mexican flavours to create a welcoming space for our customers.

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and motivated Café Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily running of the café.

Job Description

As Café Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, supporting staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring a positive customer experience. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates well, and is ready to grow with the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the café.
• Supervise and coordinate staff, ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate orders with suppliers.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the café.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and consistency.
• Handle cash, payments, and daily sales records.
• Help organize staff schedules, opening duties, and closing procedures.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales.
• Communicate operational issues and suggest practical solutions.

Requirements

• PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A CAFÉ, RESTAURANT, HOSPITALITY, OR MANAGEMENT IS A MUST.

• Speaking English is strongly recommended.
• Willingness to learn, improve, and contribute to the growth of the café.
