Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of all construction projects to ensure smooth execution and timely progress
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet established quality standards
Manage project teams and workers by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and resolving issues
Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations including BCA, MOM, and WSH to maintain legal and safety standards
Monitor project costs, progress, and safety performance to identify risks and implement corrective actions
Support tendering, contract negotiations, and business development activities to secure new projects
Maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and authorities to facilitate project approvals and collaboration
