Position Summary

The Kid Clubhouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility while leading a high-performing team. This role ensures outstanding guest experiences, maintains operational excellence, develops employees, and upholds The CLUB Standard in every aspect of the business.

The ideal candidate is positive, organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They lead by example, coach their team, solve problems proactively, and are committed to creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new employees.
• Create employee schedules and manage labor costs.
• Oversee daily operations of the playground, café, birthday parties, and front desk.
• Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure all safety policies and operational procedures are followed.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales and performance goals.
• Conduct regular coaching conversations and performance evaluations.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built around accountability, growth, and service.

Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience (hospitality, retail, restaurant, childcare, or family entertainment preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable leading, coaching, and holding team members accountable.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
