Job Summary

Lead daily watersports desk operations located in the marina.

Duties

• Oversee sales, customer service, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and watersports operations.
• Manage inventory control, stocking, purchasing, merchandising, and product knowledge.
• Communicate priorities clearly, resolve customer concerns, and use negotiation and phone etiquette to support daily operations.

Requirements

• Experience in watersports management preferred, store management, sales management, operations management, or team management; assistant manager experience and supervising experience are relevant.
• Knowledge of watersports sales, inventory management, POS systems, purchasing, and customer service.
• Strong leadership, managerial communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Interviewing, recruiting, employee orientation, and training and development skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are welcome.
• Familiarity with watersports industry sales team management, stocking, and inventory control is preferred.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
