Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and support café team members.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage preparation, and guest service.
• Welcome guests, address concerns professionally, and resolve service issues.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and reduce unnecessary food and beverage waste.
• Track sales, review operating expenses, and support budget management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized dining areas, counters, and preparation stations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to manage busy periods effectively.
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Help implement promotions and service improvements to support business goals.
• Complete operational reports and communicate important updates to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management is preferred.
