What You’ll Be Doing

As the Restaurant Manager at Teetasty Foods, you’ll play a key role in keeping our restaurant running smoothly and efficiently. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:

• Daily Operations: Manage opening and closing procedures, oversee the restaurant’s day-to-day activities, and ensure operational standards are met.
• Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, schedule, and support both kitchen and front-of-house employees. Foster a positive and professional work environment.
• Customer Experience: Deliver top-notch service by ensuring every customer has a memorable dining experience. Address and resolve any complaints with professionalism.
• Inventory Management: Keep an eye on food inventory, minimize waste, and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor daily sales, expenses, and transactions. Identify opportunities to boost revenue and control costs.
• Food Safety & Quality: Maintain high standards for food preparation, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Employee Accountability: Enforce company policies, manage attendance, and address performance issues when necessary.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to the owner on sales, staffing, inventory, and operational challenges.
• Marketing Support: Assist with promotions, special events, and initiatives to drive customer traffic and grow the business.
