Manager Codes & Standards

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Codes & Standards to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will guide installation code and standards-related activities that shape how guidance is communicated and adopted across key markets. The position combines operational leadership, technical credibility, and cross-functional influence to improve consistency, responsiveness, and clarity in a highly regulated environment. You will lead a team, support internal stakeholders, and help ensure the organization’s standards documentation and advisory processes remain reliable and effective.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation code influence activities with clear documentation and ownership
• Execute advisory and training sessions to meet engagement targets and reduce friction in key markets
• Ensure high-quality installation guidance is maintained and shared as the source of truth
• Oversee the inquiry intake process to ensure timely responses and documentation of resolutions
• Lead a team, set performance expectations, and develop team members for operational success

Qualifications

• Master Electrician certification or equivalent required
• 8+ years of relevant electrical, installation, or code experience required
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required
• Comfort with dashboards and metrics management required
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders required
