About the Role

At OLX Pakistan, we are building a high-performance, data-driven commercial organization focused on scalable revenue growth and stronger decision-making through analytics and business intelligence.

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded professional to join the Sales Effectiveness team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in business intelligence, commercial analytics, sales analytics, consulting, revenue operations, or performance management who can turn complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.

The individual will work closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, Product, BI, HR, and Operations teams to develop performance insights, strengthen analytical frameworks, and support data-driven commercial decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Intelligence & Performance Analytics

• Monitor and analyze key commercial KPIs including revenue, collections, productivity, conversion, customer and seller performance, throughput, and operational efficiency metrics.
• Analyze performance trends across Daily Operational Reviews (DORs), Weekly Operational Reviews (WORs), and Monthly Operational Reviews (MORs), highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify performance gaps, trends, and business opportunities through structured analysis and recommend actionable solutions to improve commercial outcomes.
