· Client & Compliance Coordination
· Oversee client handover processes, ensuring full compliance with Uptime Institute, TIA-942, and ASHRAE standards.
· Develop and implement quality assurance processes to validate system performance before handover.

· Conduct performance validation, failure scenario testing, and reliability assessments to guarantee 24/7 uptime.
· Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, NFPA 70E, IEEE, and mission-critical industry best practices.
· Risk Mitigation & System Reliability Assurance
· Identify and address potential failure points, system deficiencies, and risk factors before go-live.
· Implement redundancy testing, failover analysis, and power/cooling load validation.
· Oversee root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective action implementation.
· Develop commissioning dashboards, real-time monitoring tools, and AI-driven analytics for performance tracking.
· Digital Transformation & Continuous Improvement
· Implement BIM-integrated commissioning models, smart automation tools, and AI-based predictive analytics.
· Drive continuous improvement strategies, integrating best practices from mission-critical commissioning projects worldwide.
· Develop lessons learned programs, embedding commissioning excellence into future project execution.
Job Requirements
· 20+ years of experience in commissioning of data center, industrial, or mission-critical MEP and power systems.
· Proven leadership in end-to-end commissioning strategies for large-scale, high-availability infrastructure.
· Strong expertise in integrated systems testing (IST), factory acceptance testing (FAT), and site acceptance testing (SAT).
· Deep understanding of MEP commissioning, critical cooling, power distribution, and automation systems.
· Experience with Uptime Institute Tier Certifications, TIA-942, ASHRAE, NFPA 70E, and global commissioning standards.
· Hands-on experience in load bank testing, thermal performance validation, and power continuity analysis.
· Strong leadership in cross-functional collaboration, risk mitigation, and operational readiness.
