Manager Compensation

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Compensation to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will lead the evaluation and enhancement of compensation programs that support a large, complex retail workforce. The manager will partner closely with HR and business leaders to shape pay strategies, support incentive and executive compensation initiatives, and provide guidance that helps ensure competitive and effective reward practices. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for both analytical rigor and cross-functional influence.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize compensation programs and processes
• Develop recommendations for compensation strategies and enhancements
• Oversee the work of compensation analysts or senior analysts
• Collaborate with HR and business partners on compensation requests
• Support the implementation of incentive and executive compensation programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• 4 years of experience in compensation roles
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
