Manager, Competitive and Market Intelligence

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Competitive And Market Intelligence to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $105,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date intelligence on competitors and emerging players in the mailing sector
• Monitor industry changes including carrier rates and regulatory filings for opportunities
• Analyze competitor activities through earnings calls and other channels to detect strategic shifts
• Create compelling narratives that differentiate our offerings to customers
• Build an actionable pipeline of potential performance gains against competitor weaknesses
• Manage a structured win/loss analysis program to extract key insights from competitive deals
• Develop and deliver sales enablement materials tailored to competitive scenarios

Qualifications

• 5+ years of competitive intelligence or market strategy experience in a B2B setting, preferably in mailing or logistics
• Proven track record in establishing competitive intelligence functions that yield measurable sales outcomes
• Understanding of buyer decision-making processes to guide competitive strategies effectively
• Experience in tracking regulatory changes affecting pricing and market dynamics
• Familiarity with competitive intelligence and sales platforms like Klue, Crayon, or Gong
• Strong CRM skills, ideally with Salesforce, to link intelligence to sales results
• Excellent communication abilities for presenting insights to senior leadership
