Manager, Comprehensive Documentation Management

Job Duties:

• Implement and execute bank archival management coordination and standardization; provide guidance and conduct inspections; draft regulations and procedures.
• Handle receipt, dispatch, follow-up, storage, and archiving of bank-level official documents; review the format of regulatory documents.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing economic and financial information；provide advice to internal stakeholders.
• Organize and execute departmental digital transformation initiatives.
• Assistant department and team administrative tasks.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors on time and proactively report on work progress.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in handling official documents in banking industry
• Familiar with banking operations, functions and organizational structure with good business acumen
• Strong writing skills in both Chinese and English with the capability in drafting proper business letters and memos and reports
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with a strong sense of responsibility and proactive attitude
• Attentive to details and committed to high-quality service and deliverables
• High language proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must
• Familiar with MS Office applications, and English and Chinese word processing
