Harnham is looking for an experienced Contract Recruitment Manager to join our New York City team and help drive the continued growth of our US Contracts business.

This is a true player-coach opportunity , combining team leadership with individual production. You’ll manage, coach, and develop a team of Contract recruiters while continuing to build your own desk, develop client relationships, and contribute directly to revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Contract recruiters
• Continue to run and grow your own successful recruitment desk
• Drive team performance through 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and hands-on coaching
• Develop new business and expand existing client relationships
• Support the team across business development, candidate delivery, negotiation, and closing
• Partner with senior leadership on hiring, performance, and growth strategy
• Help shape and scale the NYC Contracts team as the business continues to grow

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience within contract recruitment/staffing
• A proven track record of individual billing success
• Previous experience managing, mentoring, or developing recruiters
• Recruitment experience within Technology, Data, Analytics, and/or AI
• Strong business development and account management skills
• A commercial, results-driven mindset
• Someone who enjoys leading from the front and wants to remain active in the market
