Job Title: Manager-Control & Operations

Candidate Expectations Total Experience And Relevant Experience Lead security, compliance, risk and control assessments across business and operational functions.

Plan and manage internal/external audits, assessments, reviews and related remediation activities.

Identify, assess and mitigate operational and security risks.

Establish, monitor and improve control frameworks, processes and operating procedures.

Manage day-to-day operations and service delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs, policies and regulatory requirements.

Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders for risk and control initiatives.

Drive project management activities related to controls, security, compliance and operational improvements.

Conduct risk reviews and provide recommendations to strengthen the organization's control environment.

Handle negotiations and stakeholder management with internal teams, clients, vendors and assessment/audit teams.

Prepare management reports, risk dashboards, audit findings and remediation status updates.

Ensure timely closure of audit observations, control gaps and compliance issues.

Support continuous improvement and standardization of operational processes.

Skills – Mandatory Candidates from Cybersecurity, Information Security, Risk & Controls, Security Operations, Physical Security, Corporate Security, Audit, Compliance or Operational Risk backgrounds would be relevant.

Education and Certification CISA / CISSP or equivalent certification preferred.

CPP / PSP or equivalent physical security/protection certification preferred.

Qualification – Any Required Skills & Experience: 6–10 years of relevant experience in Controls, Risk Management, Security Operations, Compliance or Operations Management.

Experience in leading audits, security assessments and control assessments.

Strong understanding of Risk Management and Operational Risk.

Experience in Operations Management and Project Management.

Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Ability to lead teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
