Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end copywriting function, from planning and ideation to execution.
• Develop sharp, engaging and brand-aligned copy across marketing campaigns and channels.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5–6 members.
• Understand the brand and translate business objectives into compelling communication.
• Drive planning and execution of copy-led campaigns and creative initiatives.
• Collaborate with Content, Social Media, Performance Marketing and Product Marketing teams.
• Review and maintain consistency in brand voice, tone and messaging.
• Work closely with creative/design teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Stay updated with cultural, creative and communication trends.

Requirements

• Strong core copywriting background with hands-on writing experience.
• Proven experience in team handling and leadership.
• Strong storytelling, creative thinking and conceptualisation skills.
• Good understanding of brand communication and creative strategy.
• Agency experience can be considered.
• Strong portfolio/work samples demonstrating copywriting expertise.
• Candidates should have their foundation in copywriting, rather than being primarily focused on content writing, social media or creator-led work.
• Willingness to work from Pune.
