MANAGER CORP LOSS PREVENTION

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Corp Loss Prevention to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will lead corporate loss prevention efforts with a strong focus on reducing shrink, protecting profit, and strengthening operational controls across the business. The manager will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed loss prevention practices into day-to-day operations and drive measurable improvements. Success in this position will depend on the ability to analyze risk, communicate process enhancements clearly, and guide a team toward effective execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $105,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis to identify shrink and profit loss liability
• Identify solutions and implement controls to mitigate losses
• Integrate loss prevention as a key component of all business functions
• Communicate process enhancements or changes effectively
• Select, develop, and motivate assigned team members

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in loss prevention or a relevant field
• At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Must pass a drug test and background check
