What they need
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead Preparation & Finalization of Ind AS compliant financial statements
- Ensure timely quarterly & annual reporting under SEBI Guidelines
- Manage statutory audits, risk assessments & regular compliance
- Liaise with internal teams and external auditors for seamless audit closures
- Drive process integrity through SOPs, accounting policy implementation & financial controls
- Support in Board Decks, investor presentation & regulatory disclosures
Preferred Skills
- Chartered Accountant with 3 + Years of experience post qualification .
- Strong understanding of Ind AS & Companies Act
- Prior experience in handling group level consolidations (multi-entry, multi-currency)
- Hands on experience with ERP (Oracle Prefrred) and MS Excel
- Ability to work directly with Senior Leadership (CFO, CEO , MD )
