Job Description Must have exposure of Ind AS & Work experience in a listed company having global subsidiaries would be an added advantage Key Responsibilities Accounting In-depth practical understanding of Ind AS Preparation of the Standalone and Consolidated financial statements of Parent Companies Preparation of financial statements of overseas subsidiaries In-depth understanding of Internal Control over financials reporting (ICFR-RCM)

EPS computation / ESOP accounting Drive continuous improvement in financial processes to enhance control reliability, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Control over related party transactions

Managerial remuneration Variance analysis on a quarterly and annual basis

Monthly / Quarterly trial balance review Fixed Assets and Depreciation as per Ind AS and Tax

Well versed with consolidation and business combination as per Ind AS, including control over intercompany transactions and eliminations

Should Have Hands-on Experience With ERP (SAP) Functionalities Audit Action plan and execution of quarterly limited review Audit

Action plan and execution of annual statutory audit and Tax Audit

Other Requirements Should be hardworking, with a dynamic approach and problem-solving attitude

Work experience in a listed company having global subsidiaries would be an added advantage Behavioural Skills / Attributes Individual contributor

Needs to be good at interpersonal skills

Automation-first attitude with strong systems understanding

Educational Qualification Education Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (ICAI-Preferred)

Education Preferred: B.Com.

Experience 4 years to 6 years (Apart from Internship/Articleship)
