Responsibilities

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager and Senior Manager, the successful candidate will support stakeholder engagement and corporate communications initiatives. The role involves coordinating communications campaigns and promotional activities across business units and departments, supporting brand and reputation management through the development of PR materials, press releases, speeches and other communications content, and assisting in media relations, including media enquiries, interviews and outreach. The successful candidate will also support the planning and implementation of communications programmes, such as corporate events, sponsorships, publicity campaigns and community engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate communications, media relations and public affairs, preferably gained within a sizeable organisation
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with media, internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Proactive, self-motivated and detail-oriented, with good organisational skills
• Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for the position of Senior Manager, Corporate Communications
