Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term business plans.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and key business metrics.
• Develop financial models for strategic initiatives and business decisions.

Corporate Finance & Fund Raising

• Support debt raising, refinancing, and working capital management activities.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, rating agencies, and investors.
• Evaluate financing alternatives and optimize capital structure.
• Prepare financial information and presentations for lenders and stakeholders.

Business & Investment Analysis

• Conduct feasibility studies and financial due diligence for investments, acquisitions, and new business opportunities.
• Evaluate project viability using NPV, IRR, Payback Period, and other financial metrics.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

Treasury Management

• Monitor cash flow requirements and liquidity planning.
• Manage banking relationships and treasury operations.
• Optimize utilization of funds and ensure adequate working capital availability.
• Track debt obligations and covenant compliance.
