Manager - Corporate Hospital Network

About the role

Handle corporate hospital networks in various angles: open, close, retain and build up good relationships. Cooperation with another Section/department and external related institute. Operating daily processes independently.

Key responsibilities

• Develop reports for all statistical claims and monitor all trends on sites.
• Coach the junior and new staff in various angles: open, close, retain and build up good relationship.
• Review working procedures and enhance systems that are related to document storage and medical service functions for smooth and effective operations.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Have 3-5 years' experience as handle hospital network in life insurance business and 3 years' experience in managerial level
• Good communication, Relationship building and Service Mind (TOEIC Score 600)
• Computer literacy (Word / Excel), AS 400
• Positive attitude, high responsibilities and self-motivation.
• Able to work under pressure, high willingness to learn new things
