Manager - Corporate Marketing

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with TPAs, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
• Identify and secure new TPA empanelments and corporate tie-up opportunities.
• Coordinate documentation, agreements, and follow-up for empanelment processes.
• Ensure timely renewal of existing TPA and corporate contracts.
• Conduct regular visits to corporates, industries, institutions, and business partners.
• Promote hospital healthcare services
• Organize health camps, wellness initiatives, and corporate awareness programs.
• Generate patient referrals through corporate and insurance channels.
• Negotiate commercial terms and finalize service agreements with clients.
• Liaise with insurance coordinators and internal teams for smooth claim processing.
• Address and resolve issues related to TPA approvals, settlements, and client servicing.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and business pitches for prospective clients.
• Maintain MIS reports of empanelments, corporate accounts, revenue, and activities.
• Achieve monthly and annual targets for corporate business generation.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term relationship management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Hospital Marketing, TPA Coordination, Corporate Sales, or Business Development.
• Experience in healthcare/hospital industry preferred.
