Manager, Corporate Planning

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop corporate and departmental business plans by applying strategic planning and analytical expertise to align objectives with EOSB’s long-term vision and goals.
• Conduct market intelligence and industrial benchmarking by applying research and data analysis skills to anticipate trends and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Monitor and evaluate organizational performance against KPIs, preparing comprehensive management reports by leveraging data analysis and reporting tools to deliver insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate and coordinate cross-departmental planning initiatives by applying organizational and communication skills to ensure alignment and collaboration across business units.
• Support investment planning, capital budgeting and resource allocation planning by applying financial modelling and business case development expertise to optimize project returns, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
• Liaise with the CEO and Head of Department on strategic initiatives by applying stakeholder management and presentation skills to influence decisions at senior levels.

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage)
• 8–10 years of experience in corporate planning, marketing strategy, business analysis, or management consulting
• Knowledge of strategic marketing planning, business development, and performance monitoring
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or railway industry is highly preferred
• Proven track record in corporate planning or strategic marketing within transportation, logistics, or railway sectors
