About the Role

We are hiring a Manager – Cost Control & QS for a premium plotted development project. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in quantity surveying, project cost control, contractor billing, and financial monitoring of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQ, quantity estimates and rate analysis
• Handle contractor bills, measurements and certification
• Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control
• Review and manage variations, deviations and extra items
• Prepare MIS reports related to project costs and budgets
• Handle final accounts and reconciliation
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project teams
• Track project expenses against approved budgets
• Support cost estimation and commercial decision-making

Candidate Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Cost Control / Quantity Surveying
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, QS, rate analysis and contractor billing
• Experience in cost monitoring, variations and final accounts
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting
• Experience in plotted development, villa or residential projects will be preferred
• Strong analytical and coordination skills
