Manager Costing

• raw materials, and scrap rates.
• Tooling & CAPEX Tracking: Track, capitalize, and amortize customer-owned and company-owned tooling, dies, and molds. Monitor project-wise development costs against launch budgets.
• Standard Costing & Variances: Establish standard costs for raw materials (steel, plastics, electronics), direct labor, and machine overhead absorption rates. Analyze monthly material price variances (MPV) and production volume variances.
• OEM & Tier-1 Profitability: Analyze margins by product platform, SKU, and customer (OEMs/Tier-1 suppliers). Provide financial data for commercial negotiations, price clawbacks, and indexation updates (e.g., steel/commodity price indexing).
• Inventory & Scrap Optimization: Monitor physical and systemic inventory (Raw Materials, WIP, Finished Goods). Audit floor-level operational waste, setup scraps, and engineering rejects to drive lean manufacturing cost reductions.
• Month-End Operations: Lead plant month-end closing activities. Calculate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), clear production orders, and perform variance allocations within the ERP system

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
